SATC authorises you to view and download the materials at this Site only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. The Convenience Fee will be disclosed to you prior to making an online payment and you will be given the option of not proceeding with the payment and transaction if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee. We will only process the transaction if you agree to pay the Convenience Fee.
It is to be noted that if you do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee, there are alternative methods to make payments such as in person at SATC with cash and/or cheques.
