The task of developing an authentic and effective programme of education in preparation for Baptism and Confirmation belongs to the whole Church. It has become necessary not only to educate persons interested in seeking membership within the Presbyterian Church of Trinidad and Tobago (PCTT), but also to remind us all of our roles and responsibilities. Thus, there is an ever increasing need to understand one’s faith in the context of the church and church membership.
It is hoped that this Guide will assist persons to become more confident of their role as Christians within the Presbyterian Reformed Tradition. Also, it is envisaged that this Guide will assist those who will facilitate training sessions. Ministers, Church Workers and the Sessions are all part of the leadership team that needs to face the reality of today while disseminating relevant and timely knowledge.
